Evan Thomas is a first-time filmmaker from the East Midlands. He moved to Norwich 10 years ago (10 years!) to study American history and literature at the University of East Anglia. He is interested in documentary film, photography and radio, modern history, military history, multi-platform storytelling, web design, mobile gaming, photoshop and things of that ilk.

He started this project after reading an article in Big Issue magazine about active, US military bases in the UK.
